To work with me privately, most times it’s suggested that you first graduate from our WAVES course. It is absolutely jam-packed with value, and on the other side of it, if you put in the work, you’ll come out a different person—or at least understand the person you already are a bit better.
You know how once you hear something, you can’t unhear it? Or once you see something, you can’t unsee it? By reading this book, or taking the course, or engaging in private coaching, you can’t help but emerge as a different person. But to get the most out of it, to have the most impact on yourself and those around you, it requires work. It’s the hours outside of our time together that real change takes place. During our face-to-face meetings we just hone and finesse and course correct where needed.
That work isn’t for everyone, and I recognize that. So the courses are very much an “I’m willing to dip my toe in here and see if this is for me” way of not making the mistake of diving right into a pool you’re not yet ready to swim in.
It’s a small investment compared to private coaching and, honestly, if you aren’t willing to put the
time into finishing the course, you likely aren’t going to put the time into a coaching program and
in turn, we probably aren’t a good fit at the moment.
That said, if you’re reading these words, well… that should tell you all you need to know about
your willingness to put time and energy into a better life.
